Are you ready to make your ‘mark’ on our Brand
Naturally curious, passionately creative and full of ideas, you’ll bring an eye for beautiful design and a drive to elevate every visual touchpoint of our brand. With exceptional attention to detail and a love for storytelling, you’ll help ensure our creative output is inspiring and reflective of who we are.
This is a unique opportunity for you to make your mark — crafting digital, print and design that brings our purpose to life and deepens the connection we have with our audience.
You’ll have the freedom to explore fresh ideas, push boundaries and grow your creative voice, supported by a collaborative and friendly studio team who want you to thrive.
From digital campaigns to packaging, in‑store displays to brand activations, you’ll play a key role in shaping how people see, feel and experience Neal’s Yard Remedies.
What you’ll be doing:
- Designing creative assets across digital channels, print materials and experiential environments
- Collaborating with our Creative Director, the Studio Manager and teams across the business to develop compelling concepts
- Maintaining and evolving brand consistency across all visual outputs
- Managing multiple projects with clarity, organisation and strong communication
- Producing technically accurate, high‑quality artwork for both digital and print
- Bringing ideas to life through motion design or 3D work (a bonus, not essential)
- Staying curious — spotting trends, exploring new techniques and sharing inspiration to push creativity forward
What you’ll need:
- A strong design background — ideally in beauty, wellness, lifestyle, luxury or fashion
- Proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro) with confidence in Keynote, Microsoft Office and Figma
- 3 years plus design experience
- Experience or interest in motion design; 3D or packaging design is a plus
- A collaborative mindset, with enthusiasm and a can‑do attitude
- Strong visual storytelling skills and a passion for design and branding
- Ability to manage multiple projects with excellent organisation and attention to detail
- A proactive, adaptable approach — comfortable working in a fast‑paced creative environment

- Space to stretch your creativity and develop new skills
- Support from a fun, collaborative studio team who want you to grow
