STUDENT WELCOME OFFICER (RECEPTIONIST) 

We are thrilled to announce a fantastic opportunity for the position of Student Welcome Officer (receptionist) at our new campus in Bloomsbury.  

With the exciting transition from Chelsea Harbour, we are entering a new chapter of growth and innovation at West Dean. Our Bloomsbury campus is set to have a soft launch in April, marking the beginning of an exhilarating journey, with full operational capacity expected by July. 

As a Student Welcome Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the welcoming atmosphere of our new campus, ensuring that students and visitors alike feel valued and supported from the moment they step through the doors.  

During the soft launch phase, we are seeking individuals who are enthusiastic about joining us on this journey and are flexible to work reduced hours as we gradually transition into full operation. There will be a revision to hours starting in July to accommodate the increased activity and demands of the fully operational campus. 

HOURS

We have various part-time hours available. Please state in your application how many hours you are wishing to apply for.  

The shifts will be on set days (days to be discussed and confirmed to suit the needs of the business) over a 14-day working pattern. Our opening hours are 08.30-21.30 Monday–Sunday with a variety of shifts available within this timeframe.  

Shifts are likely to be a combination of the following:  

08.30-13.00 / 08.30-17.30 / 13.00-21.30 / 17.30-21.30.
