CMS Web Manager - UX

A brand new role, you will take ownership of content across the whole digital footprint. This will include managing web pages and sites ensuring that content is up-to-date, and the customer journey exceeds industry norms. The coordination of design (wire frames) complying with the relevant brand identity, and the development, deployment, and maintenance of the company's online presence. Working with the internal team, agencies, and web developers currently across two CMS platforms – including Crownpeak & an internal CMS.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining all web pages relating to product brands including in 10+ languages with support from a professional translation service
  • Working with the direct eCommerce team to ensure that the webstore is up to date and delivering a positive customer experience
  • Working with team and agencies to ensure SEO recommendations are implemented
  • Ensuring that end users and customers can access services easily (customer services, where to buy etc)
  • Ensuring a positive customer journey
  • Reporting on key monthly metrics

Person Specification

  • Demonstrable experience working on content management systems across multiple languages/cultures for a tech company
  • Understanding the importance of positive customer journeys on websites/digital platforms and experience in managing website content
  • Experience in managing marketing agencies and suppliers
  • Good project management skills to balance the needs of different stakeholders to deliver critical projects with tight deadlines
  • Ability to influence and engage other company teams, peers, and management to endear trust and action Good attention to detail in a fast moving and complex environment
  • Excellent English language and writing skills
  • Degree level education
  • Experience of using Content Management systems
  • Additional language skills – German/French/Italian/Spanish/Arabic would be beneficial

  • Good basic salary plus quarterly bonus based on you achieving objectives
