You must enjoy parting your knowledge and solving tax problems. Whether you're leading seminar based training or revamping the course material, you'll have the autonomy and creative freedom to train London's top tax teams as you see fit.

An average day could see you:

• Networking with some the UK's most senior tax leaders
• Leading and conducting training sessions onsite at customer locations or virtual classrooms
• Holding regular client and internal staff product update sessions
• Seeking new ways to improve the content of the training materials

Successful trainers enjoy the experience of knowledge sharing. Beyond that, however, other key attributes include:

• Charisma and being able to talk the talk. The more interesting you are, the more your classroom will listen to you!
• Empathy - this will come from having a solid understanding of the requirements and pitfalls within a corporate tax function
• Creativity - training is not reading out from manuscripts. You set the curriculum!
