My client has been at the forefront of their specialised sector for many years and leads through innovation and customer reputation. They currently have a newly created opportunity for a diligent, hardworking Finance Assistant to join their expanding team. Reporting into the Project Accountant, this individual will have a varied, high-involvement position which offers excellent opportunities for growth and role development.

This is a really interesting company who work in a very project focused industry meaning the work is constantly evolving. They're presently building upon several years of healthy growth and expanding operations, meaning that new resources have to be added to the team. Candidate requirements:

• Good academic record
• Existing experience of working in a finance / accounting department
• Intermediate use of Microsoft Excel with a good understanding of formulas
• Use of computerised systems, in particular Microsoft Office
• Strong team player, friendly, enthusiastic, flexible, hardworking, dynamic, self-motivated and professional
• Experienced in working under pressure to tight deadlines whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy
• Good interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral)
• Ability to take initiative for own work
