We are looking for a Diploma Assessor to support learners to achieve the Level 3 diploma, children and young people's workforce qualification, for up to 50 learners annually.

In addition to the level 3 support there will also be a need to support managers with the level 5 diploma, leadership and management qualification. 

The ideal candidate will have experience working with adult learners delivering NVQ's or diplomas in a Health and Social Care/Childcare setting and have excellent working knowledge or related qualifications. You will be required to have excellent interpersonal skills and a professional and flexible approach. 

This role would particularly suit someone with Care Manager experience who understands the pressures of working with all complex staff differences and learning abilities and styles.
 
You will need to work in various environments: head office (in Haywards Heath), our care homes across East Sussex, West Sussex and Surrey and also a small office in Worthing in order to meet the needs of the staff learners. This role is field based.  

This role also entails undertaking workshops at Head Office and one to one work with the staff member. 

You will also be organising some new workshops for our staff to work towards their qualifications, naturally we will support you in this task.
