About the Role
An opportunity has become available for a Senior Practitioner within the ASC Learning Disability Assessment and Care Management Team. This role will be based at the Bellbrook Centre, Uckfield.
You will need to have excellent assessment skills of complex needs and risk and be able to support staff to maintain a consistent level of performance in a highly pressured environment. In return you will receive excellent supervision and training and an opportunity to develop a range of skills.
You will be working alongside senior managers leading an established team, making key decisions and providing case management support to care managers. It’s a challenging role - but there’s no shortage of rewards either - as the part you play will ensure our service continues to develop, giving positive outcomes for vulnerable people from 18 years onwards who are assessed as meeting ASC’s eligibility criteria. You’ll already know how to get the best out of a dedicated, professional team and hold a relevant health or social care qualification. In return, you’ll find manageable workloads and excellent training in a highly supportive environment.
Additional Information
This post is subject to an Enhanced DBS check or Enhanced check for Regulated Activity with the Disclosure & Barring Services (previously the Criminal Records Bureau). Please note that we require evidence of an overseas police check if you have lived or worked abroad.
