Job Details

Hours of work: 17.5 hours per week Working pattern: Part-time, Term-time only. (As the position is part-time/term-time only, the above salary will be pro rata) Fixed term for: temporary contract for 1 year with a high possibility of the contract to continue.

About the Role

Permanent Teaching Assistant 2 To start September 2017

17.50 hours (Mon to Fri 8.30 to 12.00 Salary: 15377 - 15809  (pro Rata)

The Governors of the Pioneer Federation (East Hoathly CE Primary School and Chiddingly Primary School) and the Executive Headteacher are seeking to appoint an experienced, self-motivated and creative teaching assistant to work in our school. If you feel that you would like to work in a small rural village school and be part of our friendly and supportive team, please look at the school websit for further information and an application form. The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. All staff will be expected to hold or be willing to obtain an enhanced DBS check or Enhanced check for Regulated Activity with the Disclosure & Barring Services and complete a Childcare Disqualification Application form.

Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency’s Points-based Immigration System.
