Job Details

Hours of work: 35 hours per week. Working pattern: Part-time, Term-time only.

About the Role

We are seeking to recruit a full-time Level 3 Early Years Assistant at Wadhurst Primary School from September 2017.

We have both Wadhurst Nursery and Reception Class in our Early Years Foundation Stage.  They are an essential part of our School where our children start their learning journey.  There is a lively, caring environment in which great importance is placed on the value of learning through both indoor and outdoor play.  Our goal is to offer our children the opportunity to explore, discover and have fun in a secure and positive setting.

To help us achieve our aims, we require a qualified Early Years Assistant, Monday to Friday – from 8:30am to 4.00pm. The successful candidate will be confident in planning and supervising activities and able to observe and monitor the children.

Working for our Nursery Leader, a fully qualified teacher, and alongside our experienced Early Years staff, there are great opportunities for consolidating and developing your skills.

Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency’s Points-based Immigration System.
