About the Role

Part Time 20 hours per week – 11.30am to 3.30pm

Salary - East Sussex Single Status Local Pay Structure Grade 4 (14,851 to 15,732 per annum) pro rata Actual salary equates to 8,027 to 8,504 per annum Occasional weekend working and overtime may be available

We are looking for an energetic and self motivated worker to join our team of Premises staff as a Maintenance Caretaker at this 11–19 College and Centre for Adult Learning. You will be required to work as part of a team of four premises staff, ensuring that the College environment and premises are maintained to the required high standard.

Applications are invited from candidates who may have experience in caretaking or building maintenance, although this is not essential as full training will be provided. Candidates should be well motivated and flexible in their approach to work. Some weekend hours may be required. The post includes working during school holidays where hours may be adjusted to suit activity.
