About the Role

Ticehurst and Flimwell Church of England Primary School is in a rural setting just on the outskirts of the small village of Ticehurst, within easy access to the M25 via the A21, and has good rail links from Stonegate and Wadhurst to London and coastal towns.

There are 109 pupils currently on role, aged between four and eleven years.  The school is modern and has a spacious hall, library and classrooms - each with outdoor area. The outside environment is extensive with a playground, netball court, pond area, gardens, outdoor classroom, playing field and an amphitheatre.

Our school serves the local communities of Ticehurst and Flimwell; we also have pupils who come from further afield and have good links with the village and churches of Ticehurst and Flimwell.

At present, there are five classes with full-time teachers.  The teaching staff are supported by teaching assistants who help to create a strong team who work well together.
