An opportunity for an experience and qualified Tax Manager to join an award winning tax team within an established firm of chartered accountants based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

This will be a mixed personal and business tax compliance and advisory role working with a varied client portfolio.

The office is based centrally just a short walk from the town centre as well as from Tunbridge Wells train station. There will also be parking available at the office. The firm offer flexible working around a 36.25 working week in modern offices in an enviable setting!

About You

• Be professionally qualified ACA, CA, ACCA or CTA
• Either at Manager level looking for a fresh challenge or a step up in terms of responsibility
• Highly likely to have tax experience from both a personal and corporate perspective
• First class presentation and communication skills in this client facing role
• Have experience of delegating and mentoring junior staff

• Identifying tax planning opportunities for shareholders and their businesses
• Reviewing corporation tax computations and tax accounting schedules and managing the tax compliance process
• Tax consultancy projects with a focus on transactions for entrepreneurial, growing businesses including corporate reorganisations, tax due diligence, acquisitions and disposals etc.
