About the Role

Robertsbridge Community College is the smallest secondary school in East Sussex. We have a very supportive staff, and wonderful students, and we are seeking an individual needs assistant to work individually or with small groups to allow these students to make progress in lessons.

We are looking to appoint an Individual Needs Assistant to join our existing team and assist in promoting the learning and personal development of the pupils to whom you would be assigned. Experience preferred         These posts will support year 7-9 students on a one to one or small group basis in all lessons, with some withdrawal from lessons for individual and group interventions.

Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency’s Points-based Immigration System.
