JOB TITLE: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

SALARY: £18,000-£25,000 + commission

JOB DESCRIPTION: This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a multi million pound turnover software business which is going through exciting changes and growth.

They are looking for an additional person to join the existing business development team. The existing team are professional, friendly, welcoming, love working and are driven to achieve, and you will be fully supported and trained with all the skills and knowledge that you need.

Your role will involve contacting business clients to build relationships with them over the phone. This will mean talking to the same person over a period of time and ultimately you will be aiming to organise an appointment for someone from the sales team to demonstrate the software. You will be fully responsible for your time so it will be up to you to contact people in the way you feel is most appropriate (this is not a heavily targeted call centre).
