National care provider for adults with sight problems and learning disabilities are recruiting for a small number of support workers to join the existing team in their home based in Seaford, close to train station and public transport links.

You will be working closely with 9 adults who have learning disabilities and also a visual impairment, making the job role interesting and varied.

The unit has been there for a long period of time so you will be joining an existing and well established staff team who all are committed and welcoming to new staff members. Training and development is very important in this role so there are lots of trainign and development oppourtunities.

Your job role will involve assisting service users in their day to day lives and attempting to ensure that they live a full a life as possible.
