6. A commitment to raising standards and ensuring all children are supported to achieve their potential
7. The ability to effectively manage a Pupil Premium budget of 28,880 to close the gap for disadvantaged children
8. The ability to work collaboratively as a member of the leadership team, dedicated to achieving our school motto, ‘Only our best is good enough’.
