About the Role

NURSERY MANAGER REQUIRED

Are you an experienced Nursery Manager who is able to deliver excellent nursery leadership and management?

As Nursery Manager you will be responsible for the day to day operations & must be able to multi task and delegate effectively, as well as maintain paperwork & records.

You will need to be an experienced Nursery Manager, ideally with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position, qualified to a minimum of level 3; however a Degree in Early Years and EYT status, or those on a professional development path, would be desirable.

In addition you will also need experience of:

- Managing a team and organising rotas in line with staff/child ratios.

-Full knowledge and experience of Safeguarding procedures.

-Ensuring the EYFS Framework/OFSTED requirements are delivered

-Monitoring educational programmes to maintain the highest outcomes for children

-You will be responsible for working alongside the nursery owner to manage Safer Recruitment, Health & Safety and Human Resources.

-Creating and maintaining good relationships with staff/families and carers as well as external organisations.
