This role will give you the opportunity to really make a difference and enhance your management and leadership skills in Learning Disability Services.

The role will be diverse and for a highly motivated and experienced leader you will support the DPS Manager and the team to deliver great services. If you are passionate about supporting people to have real control over their lives, can inspire others and be an excellent role model, this is the job for you.

Excellent organisational skills teamed with great leadership qualities and a strong knowledge of partnership working. It’s key that you’re able to travel across the county.

This role requires weekend working of one weekend in four on a rota basis as part of a management team duty rota. For this there is an increment enhancement as part of the salary along with an on call allowance.
