Hours of work: 20 hours per week Working pattern: Part-time, Term-time only (As the position is part-time/term-time only, the above salary will be pro rata) Fixed term contract as post is working with a specific pupil

About the Role

St Mark’s is a small rural school with 91 children on roll. We are proud to be a Teaching School and value our achievements which demonstrate the excellent relationships between children, staff, parents, governors and the community.

The person we appoint will be working five mornings and two afternoons (or possibility of job share) with a Year 3 child that has complex learning diffficulties and a medical condition that will involve supporting them with toileting.The team with whom they will be working is self-motivated, experienced and supportive.

There will be times when the person/s appointed may be required to work with the statemented child in a group, or with other children that need support.

Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency’s Points-based Immigration System.
