Our client one of the leading law firms in Kent are recruiting for a Litigation Paralegal.

You will cover the following


• Defended and undefended debt collection including rent and service charges
• Advising on consumer disputes and general civil litigation matters
• Residential possession
• Assisting Partners/Senior Solicitors in progressing their cases including preparation of witness statements/disclosures/drafting

In this role you will also build relationships with clients and referrers and ensure effective client care from taking instructions throughout the process of the matter and to closing of the file.
