AD Claims Handler, Kent. Up to £18,000 plus benefits and annual bonus.
We have a fantastic opportunity to join a leading insurance company to train and develop a career as a Motor Claims Handler.

As a Motor Claims Handler you will be tasked with;
Dealing with both the repair and total loss claims in line with claims practices and procedures.
Provide support to the claims team, assisting with handling calls from new and existing customers.
Ensuring delivery of kpi's and sla's.
Identify and complete all potential recoveries from relevant parties.
You will receive excellent training to develop your experience in handling claims.

The ideal candidate will have had some experience working within a claims or insurance operation.
You must have an excellent telephone manner coupled with strong customer service experience/skills.
Have the ability to manage and prioritise workloads.
Strong communicator in both written and verbal formats.
