Travel Claims Handler, Kent. Up to £22k plus excellent benefits.

Individual is required to join this leading specialist operation in a claims role handling your own portfolio of cases from first advice to final settlement.
Investigating, negotiating and settling claims within an agreed authority level.
Accurately recording claims data and keeping customers updated at all times on progress of cases.
Communicating decisions to customers.
Identifying any fraudulent cases and investigating accordingly.
Recovering losses from third parties.
Comply with legislative requirements such as data protection and medical confidentiality.
Assist in project work or undertake projects for the claims operations.

To apply you will ideally have previous travel or medical claims experience.
Alternatively my client will consider strong claims background from within motor or home, fraud experience a distinct advantage.
You must possess excellent attention to detail.
Be able to communicate effectively with the ability to handle customers in a sensitive manner due to the nature of some claims.
