About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Support Coordinator within Learning Disability Services to support our residential homes in Crowborough or South Chailey.
This is where you will make the difference at the front-line of service delivery. You will work alongside people with learning disabilities, supporting with day to day living skills, community participation and promoting independence at all times.
You will need to work a variety of day, evening and weekend shifts; both full time (37 hours) and part time (from 16 hours) positions are available, some weekend only shift patterns may be available.
For you, there’s the opportunity to take on a role with real meaning where you will have a full induction and once completed the opportunity to gain a QCF level 3 qualification and develop your career in care.

This post is subject to an Enhanced DBS check or Enhanced check for Regulated Activity with the Disclosure & Barring Services (previously the Criminal Records Bureau). Please note that we require evidence of an overseas police check if you have lived or worked abroad.
Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency’s Points-based Immigration System.
