Our client, a legal 500 firm in Kent are recruiting for a NQ solicitor to join their Corporate team.


You will be part of a large corporate team and be dealing with the core work streams; corporate transactions of all , banking and finance, corporate insolvency and restructuring, private equity and public equity. The firm has particular expertise in the ATM, Healthcare, Financial Services, Food and Drink and Transport / Logistics sectors.


You will be working mainly on transactional work, larger project work and (under supervision) playing a more leading role on smaller projects too. There will be great potential to work with and learn from a variety of partners / senior associates with a high level of client contact.
