Third Party Property Damage Handler – Kent – Up To £23k – Plus Benefits

We are currently recruiting for a Third Party Property Damage handler to effectively manage a caseload of motor claims encompassing Credit Hire, Accident Damage and Third Party Property Damage.

Responsibilities

• Validating claims with fraud and indemnity knowledge.
• use investigation techniques to assess a prompt assessment of liability
• Provide excellent customer service
• Contribute towards the growth of the team with new ideas
• Ensuring indemnity spend is minimised with the application of effective liability decisions.
• Assess all areas of claims to achieve the lowest possible claims spend.

You will need to possess excellent attention to detail customer service skills and be able to work within a team. You will also be able to achieve set targets in areas such as inbound and outbound call volumes. You must be PC literate and a strong and confident communicator.
