An opportunity has arisen for an experienced and successful Employment Solicitor to join one of Kent's leading law firms. The Employment team deals with a range of employment matters, both contentious and non-contentious, and operates out of the firm's Ashford offices. The role will suit a lawyer who is very driven with regards to business development, and takes an active approach to the growth of the team and firm as a whole.

What they will require of you:

• Significant experience in most areas of Employment Law
• A client following will be extremely valuable, but not necessarily essential
• A proactive approach to business development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

With regards to the candidate's' level of PQE, the client has given 6+ years as a guideline. However, more junior candidates with ambition and a demonstrable track record of success and business development are more than welcome to apply.
