Unit Manager (Registered Nurse) – Maidstone, Kent - £36-38k p/a – 40 hours p/w – Days

My Client is a local provider of nursing services to the elderly and currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Unit Manager (Registered Nurse) in a family run built nursing home based in Maidstone, Kent. You will be overseeing a 31 bed facility. The role will offer up to £38k per annum for the right candidate. The unit manager hours will be split into 30 clinical hours and 10 office based.

This Unit Manager (Registered Nurse) job will require experience in a similar nursing role to a Senior level. You will need to be able to display strong clinical and leadership skills and be prepared to work nights and weekends.

As Unit Manager (Registered Nurse), you'll be wholly responsible for planning, directing, and managing the clinical services whilst supporting the Registered Manager.
