Our client is seeking customer focused individuals who have great attention detail and accuracy skills.

As a First Response Call Handler you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance to policyholders, assisting in supporting claims, Exhaust intervention opportunities in respect of Third Party claims including injury, repair and hire by way of correct decision making and identification of fault claims. You will be Effectively manage the customer's claim journey whilst providing excellent customer service.

Prior experience working within motor insurance is essential.

You will be required to work full time hours (5 full days 37.5hr week) from Monday-Sunday between 8am-9pm
