Credit Hire Handler – Kent – Up to £27k – Plus Benefits

As a credit hire handler you will be responsible for handling a portfolio of credit hire claims. Also all incoming credit hire packs. There is a strategy in place which you will need to follow to optimise savings across credit hire. You will work within a team and training will be provided by senior handlers.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Achieve a high degree of customer satisfaction
• Produce a consistently high quality and quantity of work
• Keep you knowledge of case law up to date
• Work within a team environment, and contribute towards the improvement of the team
• Monitor claims of a Prestige nature as and when required
• Investigate the validity of credit hire claims
• Achieve a consistently high settlement rate

The ideal candidate will possess strong investigation and interpersonal skills, have technically sound judgement and effectively be able to manage a portfolio of claims. Working within a previous credit hire team or for a motor insurer is preferred however, you must have previous insurance experience.
