ASSISTANT MANAGER NEEDED FOR MARKET LEADING GROUP OF RESTAURANTS - STANSTED - UP TO 25K PLUS BONUS

We are on the lookout for a superstar Assistant Manager to join this incredible group of restaurant's and bars at Stansted. Our client are a renowned operator of high volume and high profile restaurants, bars and cafe's at some of the UK's busiest airports. Their diverse range of incredible restaurants and bars ensures a great candidate can be placed into an operation that plays to their strengths and provides limitless possibilities in terms of progression and development.

As a manager you will be involved in all aspects of the business including running busy shifts ensuring that both customers and staff are having a good time, talent management, development and recruitment and of course ensuring that financial targets are met.

You must ideally have experience in a busy branded restaurant or bar environment and exposure to a full service restaurant is preferred. You will need to show drive, ambition and an ability to motivate and nurture talent within the team.

These restaurants and bars can open very early to accommodate the departing passengers and can stay open until the last flight has left, so an ability to adapt to early mornings and some late finishes is a must!

In return for all your hard work you will be paid up to 26k per annum plus bonus and be given every opportunity to progress and develop with-in an expanding business.
