In this role you will:
• Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to provide them with details of the appropriate travel insurance products
• Provide the customer with a quotation for travel insurance and convert this to a sale
• Responding to customers requiring medical pre-screening to identify and appropriately rate risk
• Ensure that the customer's payment details have been accurately captured to collect premiums
• Assisting our customers with their queries

Job Requirements
• Customer service experience
• Excellent telephone manner

Hours:
You be required to work 37.5 hours per week, on a shift pattern with rostered weekends to cover Mon-Fri 8-8pm, Weekends 9-5
