This rapidly expanding company have a new and exciting opportunity for a Household / Property Claims Handler.
You will be responsible for handling your own caseload of Household / Property Claims.
Dealing with claims from first notification through to final settlement within your own delegated handling and settlement authority.
Liaising daily with policyholders and insurers over the telephone, via email and in writing.
Managing claims throughout the life cycle, keeping customers informed as to progress where appropriate.

To apply, you must have Household / Building claims experience.
Be able to demonstrate the ability work well under pressure and have excellent customer service skills.
Be well organised and able to communicate effectively.
