Emergency Assistance Coordinator

£20-22k per annum


Our client is looking for an Emergency co-ordinator's to work in the office based in Kings Hill, on a full time basis working shifts. You will be answering calls and helping provide medical emergency and repatriation services to travellers worldwide who suffer injury, sickness or death while abroad.

Working on 12 hour shifts, 4 days on 4 days off, the co-ordinator's role is to handle requests for assistance, obtaining case details and liaising with the in-house medical team and insurers to identify and provide the appropriate response to emergencies.

Hours: 8-8 or 9-9

Personal qualities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English essential
• Proven successful experience of customer service role
• Ability to work under pressure
• Be able to work as part of a team as well as on their own initiative
• Excellent keyboard skills, both speed and accuracy, are also essential to the role


If you have excellent skills dealing with people in sensitive situation and can work well under pressure as well as being able to think on your feet then this position is for you.
