Calling all candidates with Fluency in at least one European language (preferably Greek, Portuguese, French or German ), Turkish or Arabic (North African) to work as an Emergency Assistance Coordinator based in Tonbridge.

Location: Tonbridge, Kent
Hours: 4 on 4 off Full time (12 hours day Shifts)
Salary: £20-22k per annum


Working on 12 hour shifts, 4 days on 4 days off, the co-ordinator's role is to handle requests for assistance, obtaining case details and liaising with the in-house medical team and insurers to identify and provide the appropriate response to emergencies.

You will be answering calls and helping provide medical emergency and repatriation services to travellers worldwide who suffer injury, sickness or death while abroad.


If you have excellent skills dealing with people in sensitive situation and can work well under pressure as well as being able to think on your feet then this position is for you.
You must be able to speak an extra language.
