Property Damage Claims Handler – Kent – Up to £23k – Plus Excellent Benefits

We are currently recruiting for a Property Damage Claims Handler based in Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a well established company who have been placed in the Sunday Times top 100 companies to work for.

The duties and responsibilities for this role are:

• Effectively and efficiently managing your own case load.
• Adhering to personal authority limits and referring anything over this to your line manager.
• Managing claims costs by achieving the most economical settlement.
• Ensuring DPA, FCA & TCF requirements are met.
• Good use of investigation and negotiation.
• Answering Policyholder enquiries on all ongoing claims.

As well as the above the individual will have:

• Working knowledge of Motor claims handling.
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage and prioritise own workloads
• Ability to work with flexibility in a claims environment
