Fraud Analyst Team Leader, Kent. Up to £30,000 plus excellent benefits.

As a Support Team Leader you will manage and develop a team of Fraud Analysts who are responsible for the front end screening of SIRA claims.
Driving the team to achieve targets and objectives and identifying ways to improve the team's efficiency and effectiveness.

Continuous assessment of the claims screening processes, system searches and databases to ensure that sufficient controls are always in place and evolving within the market.
Maintaining close links with the Policy Fraud Team to ensure that effective processes are in place, for the co-ordination of cross divisional enquiries and operations.
Assisting with the production of fraud statistics, Management Information and root cause analysis.
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements including DPA and TCF principles.
Developing and maintaining effective relationships with colleagues and business partners.
Pro-actively managing personal training and development requirements
