Senior Commercial Account Handler – Kent – C£35k

I am currently seeking an experienced Commercial Account Handler to join a well known Insurance Broker in Kent at a senior level. This is a Senior Commercial Account Handling position with Team Leading responsibility.

You will be looking after a team of approximately 10 Commercial Account Handlers dealing with a wide range of commercial lines, and will therefore need a strong, broad knowledge of the commercial broking market.

You responsibilities will include:
Lead a team of Commercial Account Handlers of varying levels of experience.
Coaching and development of team, staff appraisals, 121's, and workflow management.
Handling a broad range of commercial cases, predominantly SME/Mid Market in the £20k to £50k premium range.
Act as a technical point of referral.
Ensuring weekly and monthly targets are met by the team, and in accordance with all internal and external regulations.

Suitable candidates must have strong team leading experience, as well as a good broad Commercial Account Handling background.
