This well respected professional services firm are looking to grow the team and as such are recruiting for a Senior Business Development Executive to play a key role in the sales and marketing division

About you:

• Experience within a professional services environment, ideally legal.
• A minimum of 5 years within a marketing role with operational responsibility for business development activities and experience of line management
• Accustomed to dealing with external clients, referrers, suppliers, senior internal colleagues and support staff at all levels.
• Accustomed to delivering work to commercial and financial targets

About the role:

• Generating new business both directly and indirectly
• Delivering the business development plan priorities in conjunction with the relevant line managers and marketing and BD team.
• Support with and assisting preparation of business and marketing plans, providing insight and input
• Undertake market and competitor analysis to identify and report new business development opportunities for key targets/clients and ensure information is shared as necessary with the business.
• Pitches, proposals and tender submissions
• Research, track and retain a working knowledge of main client/targets, referrers and B2B sectors
• Support the BD team in developing and implementing all aspects of the firm's internal and external marketing events and activities.
