Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant/Executive Personal Assistant/PA/EA
Our client is looking for an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant/Executive Personal Assistant/PA/EA to provide support to the HR Director.
You must have extensive experience as a Personal Assistant; ideally you would have been a Personal Assistant to a HR Director and have experience of looking after a board of Directors.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage calendar, arrange appointments, meetings, calls
* Prepare agendas, take and issue meeting notes
* Prepare PowerPoint presentations
* Draft and prepare reports
* Coordinate meetings and conferences
* Co-ordinate travel and accommodation
* Co-ordinate board packs and management reports
* Co-ordinate business entertainment
Required Experience
* Strong problem solving, organisational and Project Management skills
* Previous experience as an EA or PA to a HR Director
* Advanced Microsoft office skills
* Ability to work unsupervised and within a team, whilst consistently aiming for high standards.
