Leading insurance operation who offer excellent progression, training and development are looking for junior claims handler looking to further develop themselves within the market.
You'll work within the parameters of the agreed business plan for Claims Operations.
Working within agreed processes in order to deliver the business plan in line with the Claims Operations policy.
Deal with a wide range of Total Loss telephone enquiries, providing advice and assistance to customers and other involved parties.
Process New Repair Claims in accordance with claims philosophy.
Liaise with suppliers to ensure delivery of excellent customer service.
Match unreferenced post to relevant claims, Adhere to FSA, TCF and Data Protection Regulations
Where applicable, to adhere to Company processes with regard to FCA compliance and Treating Customers Fairly.

Possess an understanding of Motor claims calls.
Ability to listen, identify and resolve customer issues.
Good data inputting skills.
Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
