Our client is a highly reputable Property Management and services company who operate within smart central Tonbridge based offices. They are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant/ Bookkeeper on a part-time basis and you will be part of a small yet busy accounts team and play a crucial part towards the success of the business. Key duties and responsibilities: • Receive and allocate day to day rental money • Record and detail tenant deposits • Preparation and payment of monthly and quarterly landlord statements • Managing rent arrears • Payment and recording of purchase invoices relating to the various managed properties • Reconciliations of bank and cash accounts • Monthly internal transfer and analysis of management fees • Preparation and submission of monthly and quarterly regulatory reports • Assisting in answering telephones, filing and other ad hoc duties • Successful Person Specification: • Experienced Accounts Assistant/ Bookkeeper • Pride yourself on a high level of attention to detail and accuracy • Possess high computer literacy skills and be proficient in basic level Excel Benefits in return: • Start salary: £20,000-£25,000 Pro rata • 25 hours per week (flex) • Training on systems provided • A rewarding team focused environment Immediate interviews will be secured for exceptional candidates- please contact Dan at Select Appointments
