Administration Assistant/Personal Assistant Cranbrook - must be able to drive due to the location £15,000 Our client is a vibrant and very successful supplier of Television services within a specialist industry, making this an ideal position for someone looking for a role with excellent progression. They operate internationally and utilise the resources of teams of home workers coupled with internal, technical processing. Role responsibilities: • Providing additional administrative support to the Office Manager and Directors in the Office Manager's absence • Maintaining company records through accurate data entry • Assisting Office Manager with diary management and scheduling meetings • Making travel plans, including accommodation, flights, taxis and car hire • Greeting visitors and providing refreshments • Helping to screen incoming calls • Purchasing of office equipment and supplies • Assisting Office Manager in maintenance, efficiency and smooth running of the office • Assisting Office Manager in updating and maintaining the Health and Safety records • Liaising with suppliers • Ensuring all filing is done in a timely and accurate manner • Preparation of marketing material for events Personal specification: Successful candidates will have great communication skills at all levels. They may be educated to A Level or Degree Level and be logical with the ability to think on their feet. They will have a strong administrative ability, good IT skills and be used to working in an environment where immediate responses are expected.
