We are currently looking to expand our team and are offering an excellent opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to join our Tunbridge Wells based offices. This is a brand new role where you will be working within a small team to manage the daily administration, run the weekly payroll, credit control and various other tasks. Key duties as a Recruitment Administrator: • To run the weekly payroll • Speak with clients regarding any overdue payments and managing credit control • Assisting the Consultants with advertising on various job boards, matching CV's and shortlisting potential candidates • Taking up references for new starters • Various ad-hoc Administration tasks Person specification: • Confident face to face and over the telephone • Able to prioritise tasks, work independently and as apart of a team • Friendly and personable • Good use of Microsoft Word and Excel and able to adapt to new systems Benefits in return: • £16,000-£18,000 • Option for full time or part-time hours - must include Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays • 20 days holiday + 8 Bank holidays (Pro-rata if part time and raising to 25 days) • Supportive team environment • Central location and pleasant offices If you are interested in this role and feel you have the right levels of experience please contact Laura at Select Appointments.
