We cover Admin and Secretarial staffing across spectrum of local industries from Legal, Medical, Sales & Marketing, through to HR & General business support. We are currently looking to expand our team and are offering the excellent opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Tunbridge Wells offices. This will be a hands on and varied role with the opportunity to develop and progress a successful career within recruitment. Key duties as a Recruitment Consultant: • To generate successful business partnerships as well as maintaining relationships with existing clients. • Sales and marketing activity including mailshots and phoning prospective clients. • Well mannered, presentable and a confident communication with clients and candidates. • Keen to learn, willingness to progress and work as a team to manage key client accounts. • To advertise jobs online, closely matching CVs against job requirements and shortlisting candidates. • Sourcing candidates via advertising, networking and referrals. • Shortlisting suitable candidates via telephone interviewing and face to face registration interviews. • Attend client meetings and networking events to meet new and existing clients. Person specification: • Career driven and forward thinking • Sales knowledge and proven experience working towards targets • Confident face to face and over the phone • Eager to earn money!
