We are currently looking to expand our team and are offering the excellent opportunity for a Resourcer/ Trainee Consultant to join our Tunbridge Wells offices. This will be a hands on and varied role with the opportunity to develop and progress a successful career within recruitment. Reports to: Office Manager Works closely with: Recruitment Consultants Salary: • Resourcer/ Trainee Consultant £15,000-£17,000 Personal attributes & key involvements: • Well mannered, presentable and a confident communicator. • Keen to learn, willingness to progress and work as a team to ensure smooth running of the Consultancy. • Resourcer to Assist Recruitment Consultants with Advertising jobs online, closely matching CVs against job requirements and shortlisting candidates. • Conducting telephone interviews, registration appointments, testing candidates and also interviewing candidates against relevant job opportunities. • Attend client meetings or networking events alongside Consultants to meet new and existing clients.
