Event Administrator/Exhibition Manager £18,000-£22,000 + Event Bonuses to £2,000 Tunbridge Wells Our client, a leading Media and Publishing company is actively seeking an Event Administrator/Exhibition Manager to join their fast paced business. Working for the Event Director, within a small team, your role will be to providing sales administration support, assist in the development and delivery of the marketing campaigns, represent the company to Speakers and Exhibitors, manage contractors and work with team and to ensure the effective delivery of the exhibition and conferences on-site. Role responsibilities: • Provide Sales Administration Support • Assist in the development of marketing and promotion strategies • Manage and keep the website updated • Maintain a strong presence on Social Media promoting each event • Liaise with, and manage Speakers and Exhibitors logistics • Attend the exhibitions to ensure the delivery of the event on-site • Implement and manage all aspects of the event marketing campaign (inc. Advert design & placement, social media promotions, Direct mail, and PR) Person specification: • To succeed, ideally you are hold a degree with a minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in Exhibitions, Events or Marketing • You should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal • Focused on providing excellent customer service • Organised and diligent • You should have practical experience of developing and managing marketing campaigns including the maintenance and delivery of websites and the various opportunities available via social media. • Relish the challenges offered by this diverse role and enjoy having responsibility/ownership for delivering projects within deadlines If this position sounds of interest and you would like to find out more, please contact Laura at Select Appointments.
