Resourcer Tunbridge Wells £15,000-£18,000 - OTE £22,000 in year 1 An exciting opportunity has arisen with an IT Recruitment agency who works within the UK and Europe is actively seeking a Resourcer to join their team. There is the opportunity for you to progress to a Consultant role within 6 months or develop and focus on the Resourcer role. Ideally you will be a recent graduate or have a minim of A-Levels. You must have some previous office experience ideally a telephone based role however training can be provided. Role specification: • Support Sales Consultants by sourcing, screening and selecting qualified candidates for our customers' projects. Take responsibility for maintaining and developing integrity of candidate data. • Search, network and advertise. You will be required to conduct in-depth telephone screenings, evaluating candidate competency, CV suitability, motivation and personality fit for each vacancy. • Open and closed questions, database searches, referrals and lead generation (new candidates, vacancies), market intelligence (client activity, who is going where), networking and relationship building, client and candidate visits, negotiate rates and availability. • Write and advertise suitable job descriptions using various job board sites Candidate specification: • Good attention to detail • Excellent relationship builder • Persuasive and tenacious • Well organised and efficient • Motivated • Team player Company Information/ Incentives: Weekly prizes/giveaways - Cinema vouchers, champagne or shopping vouchers for hitting weekly targets based on calls, CVs sent, interviews and qualified roles. Working week - Monday-Friday 8.30 - 6pm (1 hour for lunch). Office dress is smart casual except for client meetings when a suit should be worn. Training - Formal training during the first week, We offer on-going coaching and have a number of generic recruitment training videos with tips and ideas to improve business.
