Using your experience in logistics you will manage the delivery discrepancies and investigate, obtain and chase the relevant documentation. You will work for a large organisation where promotion and opportunity is available. Responsibilities Include: • Dispatching goods • Supplier liaison • Labelling • Booking collections (boxes and pallets) • Shipping quotes and dimensions • Forklift license advantageous but not essential • Booking in (committing stock • Goods in Receipt • Locating stock • Warehouse space organisation • Returns to suppliers (claims) • Stock checks • Returns to stock (transit returns) • Stock adjustments and transfers • Packaging stock level checks • Picking packing and dispatching • Swap dispatching There is the potential for this role to start on a temporary basis and development after a few weeks into a permanent role or be offered initially as a permanent role for the right person and experience.
