This well established, expanding and renowned Insurance Company who are a specialist in the motor market, are currently seeking a Quality Controller for their Counter Fraud Claims team.
You must have previous experience working within motor claims role, ideally with exposure to fraud.

You will be working within a growing claims department, and contribute to the claims business plan through the quality auditing of Counter Fraud Investigators.
You will also independently manage the identification of trends and development needs for Investigators through completed quality audits, and reviews to support the development of the Investigators/Team Leaders.

Key Skills and Knowledge:
Previous motor claims handling experience, Counter Fraud experience a distinct advantage, but not essential.
Previous experience working in a quality capacity within a claims environment.
Full technical and product knowledge within motor claims along with understanding of claim reserving and settlements.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Strong customer service and resolution skills.
Report writing and ability to analyse outcomes and MI.
Demonstrates a full understanding and ability to implement delivery of department KPI`s and SLA`s.
