Exciting role within a leading Insurance Operation for a Fraud Intelligence Analyst, responsible for screening suspicious motor claims against fraud indicators and other risk factors.
This will cover all areas of Motor Claims including Injury, Credit Hire, Fire, Theft etc.

Identifying cases where investigation is required utilising mining/fraud management software.
Utilising a variety of desktop tools (CUE, MIAFTR) as well as various internet checks and databases to assist with claimant profiling and to determine the direction of the investigation.
Assist Intelligence Analyst Team when necessary which could include screening and handling Section 29(3) Data Protection Act requests for information and filtering incoming market intelligence, ensuring data is handled and routed correctly.
Assisting with the production of fraud statistics, Management Information and root cause analysis.
Responding promptly and pro-actively to incoming telephone calls and correspondence by use of telephone, e-mail and letter.
Developing and maintaining effective relationships with colleagues and business partners.
Where applicable, adhere to Company processes with regard to FCA compliance and Treating Customers Fairly.

To apply you must have;
Experience of investigating fraudulent motor claims.
Good understanding, knowledge and experience within motor claims.
Proficient with using MS Word and Excel.
